Our client is seeking a ServiceNow Team Lead to lead their SPM implementation. ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), formerly IT Business Management, enables you to use digital transformation to drive more customer value faster. Plan, deliver, and track value across different methodologies. Candidate MUST have experience implementing the SPM module.

• The ideal candidate for this role has 10+ years of relevant work experience.

• Follows company software development lifecycle to design, code, configure, test, debug, and document system and application programs.

• Assists in preparing technical design specifications based on functional requirements and analysis documents.

• Reviews functional requirements, analysis and design documents and provides feedback.

• Collaborates with other development staff to achieve quality and consistency.

• Participates in architecture, design and code reviews.

• Develops and maintains operational and system level documentation.

• SPM Implementation. (Strategic Portfolio Management)

• Current team is under-performing and need someone to get them back on track.

• Resource and Demand management are already in place and out of box. Anything below that on the experience template that needs to be submitted with resume is future state.

• Service Portal. Service request template is created and need to make adjustments

• Everything below Service Portal on the experience template is nice to have.

• MUST have been the lead on the implementation.

• Take info interpret business need

• Need a Lead, not a yes person. Would prefer the person who can handle the process and call out holes and not the pure techy person who needs to be told what to do.
