The Opportunity

Delaware North is hiring a ServiceNow System Administrator to join our team. As a ServiceNow System Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the ServiceNow platform and assisting in the development and customization of ServiceNow applications using low code functions. You will work closely with various teams to ensure the platform meets the organization’s needs and supports its IT service management processes.

Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $58458 – $76800 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Responsibilities
• Perform routine system maintenance tasks, including software updates, patching, and configurations
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support to end-users
• Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions in the ServiceNow platform
• Configure and maintain data sources, integrations, and external connections
• Collaborate with senior developers to design, customize, and enhance ServiceNow applications
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts, business rules, UI policies, custom reports, and dashboards

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred; relevant work experience can substitute for formal education
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a ServiceNow environment as an analyst
• A recent Certified System Administrator certification is required and expected to be maintain ed annually
• Ability to conduct user training and provide ongoing support to end-users
• Knowledge of ServiceNow security configurations and access controls
• A foundational understanding of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library principles , familiarity with ServiceNow update sets, source control, and deployment best practices is a plus
