The Certified ServiceNow System Administrator shall provide all subject matter expertise for ServiceNow and provide mastery of ServiceNow System Administration that has the skills and essential knowledge necessary to manage the configuration, implementation and maintenance of the ServiceNow system. Must have extensive IT experience in the analysis, design, and integration of information systems and COTS and development software. Must be well versed in understanding structured analysis and design methodologies for the translation of systems requirements from business needs with a proven track record. Must be able to evaluate cost factors and risk.

Required Skills and Qualifications
• US Citizen
• Public Trust
• 8 Years of Experience – Certified as a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
