• Four (4) years of additional System Admin experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
• Fifteen (15) years experience as a System Admin in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
• Six (6) years of experience with Service Management (ITSM) is required.
• ITIL 4 platform certification is required.
• Four (4) years of experience with ServiceNow Technology platform is required.
• Two (2) years’ experience integrating ServiceNow with other applications is required.
• ServiceNow System Administrator certification is required.
• Requires DoD 8570 compliance Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II certification.
