Role Overview:

Highly skilled ServiceNow Senior Consultant with deep expertise in ITOM (IT Operations Management), ITAM (IT Asset Management), HAM (Hardware Asset Management), and SAM (Software Asset Management). with end-to-end implementations, provide strategic guidance, and ensure best practices for ServiceNow ITOM solutions that optimize IT operations and asset lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow modules including ITOM, ITAM, HAM, and SAM.
• Develop workflows, business rules, and integrations to meet client requirements.
• Implement Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB best practices.
• Integrate monitoring tools and automate operational processes.
• Configure asset lifecycle processes for hardware and software.
• Ensure compliance with licensing agreements and optimize asset utilization.
• Ensure adherence to ITIL processes and ServiceNow governance standards.
• Conduct audits and health checks for platform optimization.
• Manage day-to-day administration of ServiceNow platform ensuring stability and performance.
• Perform upgrades, patches, and maintain compliance with ServiceNow standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM/ITAM implementation and administration.
• Strong expertise in ITOM, ITAM, HAM, and SAM modules.
• Proficiency in CMDB design, implementation and maintenance.
• Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs) and scripting (JavaScript, Glide).
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITOM, ITAM)
• ITIL Foundation Certification
