ServiceNow SPM consultant

Role And Responsibilities
• Provide technical guidance for ServiceNow SPM implementations, including architecture and design.
• Work with customer teams and ServiceNow developers to guide the solution delivery.
• Designs ServiceNow SPM solutions for customers.
• Employs experience of what works and what doesn’t work and best practices.
• Lead in requirement gathering workshops for our customers.
• Ensure guardrails and principles are being followed by the SPM project team.
• The SPM consultant is responsible for leading workshops, sharing best practices, and architecting the solution for our customers.
• They are responsible for technical deliverables related to ServiceNow configurations and/or integration development, but also leading the implementation, conducting reviews, and assisting with story grooming and best practice adherence.

Qualifications And Requirements
• Experience with the ServiceNow platform and Experience with SPM, with relevant certifications
• Proven consulting experience as a key technical resource leading the development and delivery of SPM or other ServiceNow solutions in client environments.
• Experience of ITIL.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric attitude
• Ability to engage as a technical resource to develop client solutions and provide guidance.
• Ability to participate in design workshop, development, testing and deployment activities with customers.
• Experience working with Agile teams, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent communication skills
