Description The successful candidate will act as a technical expert for the ServiceNow Governance, Risk and Compliance module, technically implementing best practices for the BCM (Business Continuity Management) and IRM (Integrated Risk Management) modules as part of the Governance Operational Resilience program. This will not only ensure the use of market best practices in the modules, but will also create knowledge (techlead) among employees who will be required to support the technology once this project is complete.

Responsibilities
• Design the technical response to business needs (ITIL practices, business requirements, etc.).
• Participate in parameterization and development/scripting on the platform. ServiceNow GRC (BCM and IRM) according to the user stories in their backlog.
• Creates and maintains accurate technical documentation of the development, configurations and solutions implemented, according to the rules established within the team.
• May perform integration testing on user stories.
• Ensures that development performed by the integrator adheres to existing standards and respects Out of the Box ServiceNow.
• Receives, analyzes and resolves service incidents.
• Prepares and executes all phases of the update kit. Trains the internal Desjardins team responsible for the solution. Documents all relevant information related to these modules in Confluence for the IT Manager.

Skills and Experience
• GRC implementation experience (IRM and BCM from ServiceNow);
• Knowledge: ATF, Resilience Practice, Compliance, ServiceNow Agile Module.
