The Role

As a ServiceNow Specialist, you will be responsible for mapping all applications within ServiceNow, ensuring they are dynamic and adaptable to changing business needs. You will also create clear job aids and provide guidance on maintaining the accuracy and currency of these maps.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
• Map and document applications within ServiceNow, making them dynamic and responsive to evolving requirements.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive job aids and best practices for sustaining accurate application maps.
• Ensure ongoing accuracy and up-to-date information for all service maps, specifically for Service Instances within ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure effective service mapping solutions.
• Support Incident, Request, and Change Management use cases leveraging service maps for enhanced operational efficiency.

What You Bring to the Table:
• Proven hands-on experience in ServiceNow service mapping for applications. As well as ServiceNow development, including scripting, workflows, and integrations.
• Understanding of practice of application architecture, service mapping and infrastructure components.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with various teams.
• Dynamic Service mapping for Service Instances within ServiceNow. Ensuring that the data is accurate and kept up-to-date.
• Experience with Incident, Request and Change Management use cases that use service maps.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or similar is considered a strong asset.
