ServiceNow Solution Architect – Skillfinder International

Overview:

We’re seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to join a high-performing team supporting a major UK-based organization. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders across multiple business and technical teams to design, govern, and deliver robust ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, deliverable ServiceNow solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and governance across the ServiceNow platform.
• Enforce coding and architectural standards across internal and partner teams.
• Produce and maintain high-level design documentation and solution artefacts.
• Act as an escalation point for technical issues and development blockers.
• Identify and log opportunities for platform and process improvements.
• Contribute to platform health management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support technical triage and resolution of major incidents when required.

Required Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect or similar senior technical role.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, modules, and integrations.
• Strong understanding of technical governance, design standards, and best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to manage, mentor, and guide development teams effectively.
