Role: ServiceNow Solution Architect

Onsite – NJ

• Over 10 years of hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform
• Minimum 5+ years of experience serving as an Architect
• Proven track record in independently managing end-to-end ServiceNow implementations for at least two application suites, such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, IRM, SecOps, etc.
• Demonstrated success as a platform owner or lead for mid/large ServiceNow deployments within global organizations
• At least 5 years supporting ServiceNow sales, with practical expertise in solution design, pricing, effort estimation, solution defense, and drafting Statements of Work
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform versions, features, and licensing models
• Excellent communication and articulation skills, with experience engaging C-Suite stakeholders
• Experienced in onsite–offshore delivery models, including remote management of offshore teams
• Ability to independently drive discovery, design, and ‘art of possible’ workshops with customers, identifying and mapping business requirements to platform capabilities
• Strong domain expertise in two or more of the following areas:
• IT Service Management
• Customer Service Management
• Security Operations
• Governance, Risk and Compliance
• Extensive working knowledge of at least some of the following ServiceNow application suites:
• ITSM
• ITOM
• IRM
• SecOps
• ITAM
• HRSD
