Role Overview
The ServiceNow Solution Architect is responsible for defining and delivering end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives, ServiceNow platform best practices, and enterprise architecture standards.
This role serves as a key bridge between business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams, ensuring cohesive solution design, scalability, and long-term platform sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Solution Design
• Define and own end-to-end ServiceNow solution architecture spanning multiple modules.
• Design integrated solutions across ServiceNow modules and custom applications.
• Ensure architectural consistency, reusability, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
• Establish platform standards, design patterns, and governance frameworks.
• Define module interactions, data flows, and integration touchpoints.
Stakeholder Engagement & Requirement Management
• Lead discovery workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable and sustainable ServiceNow solutions.
• Act as the primary architectural advisor to business and functional teams.
Integration & Technical Governance
• Design and oversee integrations using IntegrationHub, REST, SOAP, and third-party tools.
• Review and approve functional and technical design documents.
• Ensure security, compliance, performance, and scalability standards are met.
• Provide architectural guidance during design reviews and sprint planning.
Leadership & Mentorship
• Mentor and guide functional architects, developers, and business analysts.
• Ensure alignment across teams through architectural governance and best practices.
Presales & Advisory
• Support presales activities including solution design, effort estimations, and demos.
• Contribute to proposal responses and high-level solutioning discussions.
