ServiceNow Solution Architect and Technical Manager

Description of Work:
• Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Developer in various modules and services; Experience as a ServiceNow Team
• Lead providing direction and assistance to the development team
• Provide support as a Team Lead and as a ServiceNow Senior Developer.
• Analyze the customer requirements and develop a solution architecture that addresses the technical, management,
• maximizes automation, and provides operational reporting aspects of the proposal.
• Lead the development of solution artifacts, such as road maps, optimization of operations, architecture and/or block
• diagrams with a view outside of User Story requirements.
• Provide support in building prototypes and lead technical reviews and discussions of defined requirements.
• Provide support and mentor ServiceNow Developers.
• All other duties as assigned or directed.

Basic Qualifications: Minimum knowledge, skills, abilities needed.
• Bachelor’s and 7 years of experience, Master’s and 5 years of experience or 11+ in lieu of a degree
• 8+ years of experience as ServiceNow developer
• Excellent technical leadership skills and initiative to take on additional responsibilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills to deliver technical solutions simply and succinctly
• Required ServiceNow required certification:
• Certified System Administrator (baseline)
• Certified Application Developer (baseline)
• ServiceNow CIS certification in multiple areas:
• CIS Customer Service Management
• CIS IT Service Management
• CIS Discovery
• IS Service Mapping
• CIS Strategic Portfolio Management
• CIS Application Portfolio Management
• CIS Software Asset Management
• CIS Hardware Asset Management
• 8+ years of experience with developing ServiceNow solutions across various platform applications, such as ITSM, ITOM (HAM and SAM), ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, HR
• 5+ years of experience with technical discussions and reviews.
• Experience across numerous parts of the ServiceNow platform and experience with commonly integrated third-party
• technologies.
• 5+ years of experience in developing system architecture, design principles, and impacts.
• 5+ years of experience supporting IT related data integrity (CMDB, HAM, SAM etc.)
• 5+ years of Industry experience (e.g. Financial Services, Healthcare, High Tech, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.)
• 5+ years of technical leadership experience driving change/solutions.
