ServiceNow Solution Architect

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect for one of our premium clients—a highly respected enterprise known for its innovation, large-scale digital transformation initiatives, and strong investment in modern IT platforms. This role will be key in defining and leading end-to-end ServiceNow solutions that address complex business challenges.

You will partner with business and technical stakeholders to design scalable, secure, and upgrade-safe architectures that deliver measurable business value and support long-term transformation goals across the organization.

What You’ll Do
• Design holistic ServiceNow solution architectures spanning process, data, integrations, security, and UX
• Lead solution design across modules including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, CMDB/SACM, SecOps, GRC, and IRM
• Translate business objectives into scalable, robust target architectures
• Partner with Platform Architects and Technical Consultants on integration patterns, data models, and security controls
• Support presales activities: solution definition, RFP responses, executive presentations, and scoping
• Provide architectural oversight and governance through delivery, UAT, and go-live

Must-Have Certifications
• CSA
• CAD
• 2x CIS (any streams)
• Advanced domain certification (e.g., ITOM Pro)
• CTA or CMA

Required Skills & Experience
• 8+ years in ServiceNow solution architecture or enterprise consulting
• Strong cross-domain ServiceNow expertise with integrations
• Deep understanding of ITIL v4 and enterprise workflow design
• Experience leading large, multi-domain global ServiceNow programs

Preferred / Good to Have
• ITIL v4 (Foundation or higher)
• ServiceNow micro-certifications (Integration Hub, Flow Designer, Performance Analytics)
• Cloud/EA certifications (AWS/Azure, TOGAF, IT4IT)
