ServiceNow/Snow Test Lead

Job Details:
• 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow Implementations as a Functional Test Lead.
• ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), Certified Test Engineer, etc., are preferred.
• Proven track record of setting up ServiceNow projects, including business gathering, analysis, and documentation.
• Practical proficiency in all types of testing including Business, Regression, Functional and more.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, HRSD, ITBM, and more.
• Hands-on experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications and modules such as Incident, Change, Problem Management, HAM, SAM, and CMDB.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency with various testing methodologies and tools, such as Selenium, JIRA, or similar.
• Excellent team management skills with outstanding communication and collaboration abilities.
