We’re seeking a ServiceNow Developer to configure, develop, and maintain ServiceNow (SNOW) instances and business processes for our government customer. Responsibilities
• Perform configuration, development, support, and maintenance of ServiceNow instances and business processes
• Design and develop custom scope applications and core ServiceNow applications
• Gather requirements, analyze workflows, and deliver optimized solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• Contribute to architecture discussions and document code for secure application deployments
• Modify out-of-the-box platform applications to deliver rapid solutions
• Develop application fields, forms, views, roles, and access controls
• Integrate ServiceNow’s API with third-party technologies
• Design and develop process and solution integrations, workflows, configurations, and reporting

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; OR ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) Certification
• 7+ years of progressive experience in Enterprise IT operations (e.g., networking, storage, server management, systems administration, software development, cybersecurity, or architecture)
• 3+ years of direct, hands-on development experience with the ServiceNow platform
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) Certification
• Experience with ServiceNow Madrid release or newer
• Proficiency in designing custom scope applications and core ServiceNow applications
• Ability to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and deliver platform solutions
• Experience with application fields, forms, views, roles, access controls, and API integrations
• Familiarity with JavaScript, XML, and JSON
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance with eligibility for a polygraph

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with ServiceNow Romeo release or newer
• Advanced ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Knowledge of Agile software development practices
• ITILv4 Intermediate certification or strong background in application/service delivery
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
• Active Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph
