• Minimum two years in Servicenow ITSM & platform Minimum 3 years experience working in HRSD module.
• strong in scripting, and Service Catalogs Strong knowledge in following areas HR Profiles, Case management, HR Tasks, Record producers, Knowledge Management, Onboarding LIfe cycle Should have good experience in working/ Supporting on customization in HRSD module Certifications – HRSD Certified ( Mandatory ) CSA, CAD ( Good to have )
