Job Description:
• Design, develop, and maintain responsive and accessible UI components in ServiceNow using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and the Service Portal framework.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and backend developers to translate user requirements into functional and visually appealing ServiceNow solutions.
• Customize and enhance ServiceNow Service Portal, Workspaces, Catalog Items, and Dashboards.
• Apply UI/UX best practices to improve usability, accessibility, and performance across ServiceNow applications.
• Ensure consistency with brand standards and design systems across all ServiceNow interfaces.
• Troubleshoot and resolve UI issues and defects.
Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow platform capabilities, UX frameworks, and industry trends.
