Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a ServiceNow Senior ITOM Expert. The professional will focus on implementing, designing, and optimizing solutions within the ServiceNow IT Operations Management suite (ITOM). Responsibilities include developing and configuring key modules such as Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping, as well as leading ServiceNow ITOM workshops and advising on best practices. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, troubleshooting issues, and enhancing the IT operations ecosystem for clients.

Qualifications
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM modules, including Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping deployment
• Hands-on experience with IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), IT Service Management (ITSM), and IT Operations frameworks
• Proficiency in ServiceNow platform development, scripting languages, integration tools, and APIs
• Strong experience with configuration, administration, troubleshooting, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
• Relevant certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for ITOM, Certified System Administrator (CSA), or similar
• Experience in cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud, and exposure to DevOps workflows are a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
