About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Senior Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Continuous Release processes, with a focus on delivering incremental value within program timelines. This role demands a proactive individual who can contribute to solution development, support the team, and provide expert advice when needed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain applications within the ServiceNow platform, including Flow Designer, Workflow, and CMDB.
• Manage release and change management processes within ServiceNow, ensuring seamless deployments and system updates.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other platforms such as JIRA and AWS, ensuring smooth data exchange and system interoperability.
• Develop and support API integrations to extend ServiceNow functionalities.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects to provide innovative solutions, drawing on prior development experience to optimize platform capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with company development frameworks, including Secure by Design, Agile Environment & Development, and the ServiceNow Development Environment.

Required Qualifications:
• Experience as a ServiceNow Developer, and ITSM, ITOM, SecOps Module.
• Expertise in the ServiceNow development environment, including Flow Designer, Workflow, and CMDB.
• Extensive experience with integration tools, particularly integrating ServiceNow with JIRA and AWS.
• Strong API integration skills and knowledge of ServiceNow’s other modules and functionalities.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the Continuous Release process.
• Ability to advise and support the Solutions Lead as required, with the flexibility to adapt to evolving needs.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with AWS is a plus, though not mandatory.
• Understanding of Agile frameworks, particularly Secure by Design, Agile Environment & Development, and ServiceNow Development Environment.
