ServiceNow Senior Consultant – Job Description
Role Summary
Looking for a ServiceNow Senior Consultant with strong functional/technical knowledge in ITSM, Event Management, and BCM, focused on SRE operations, consulting & development. This role involves advising stakeholders, driving improvements, and ensuring platform stability.
Responsibilities
SRE & Operations
· Lead incident triage, outage resolution, and problem analysis.
· Execute changes, manage environments, deployments, debugging, and system performance tuning.
· Own operational responsibilities and lifecycle activities.
Consulting & Development
· Act as SME for ITSM, Event Management, and BCM implementations.
· Translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
· Design workflows, integrations, dashboards, and process optimizations.
· Lead CSI initiatives, platform assessments, and best-practice advisory.
Stakeholder Engagement
· Collaborate with partner teams and customers to resolve issues.
· Facilitate workshops, upgrades, and DR planning.
· Mentor team members and promote a strong work ethic.
