Job Description
• Develop and implement compliance controls for security policies, standards, and best practices on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with the ServiceNow Platform Security Shared Responsibility Model.
• Develop and administer RBAC policies, ACL configurations, and authentication workflows within the ServiceNow environment to ensure secure access management.
• Architect and implement secure API management for integrations between ServiceNow and external security tools.
• Implement and administer ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions to evaluate and manage security risks
• Develop governance frameworks to ensure secure development practices, data protection, and effective risk mitigation
Desired Profile
• Possesses 14 to 18 years of experience in IT security, with more than 14 years dedicated to ServiceNow security architecture, administration, and operational roles.
• Extensive hands-on experience in security automation, incident response, and risk management leveraging ServiceNow
• Extensive knowledge of SecOps, GRC, RBAC, ACLs, and best practices in platform security.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
• Experience with REST APIs, JavaScript, OAuth, and secure integration practices.
