Job Title: Chief ServiceNow Master Architect – S2P
Location: Jersey City, NJ

Role Overview
We are looking for a Chief ServiceNow Master Architect who operates at the altitude where strategy meets execution. This role is not about managing tickets or tweaking workflows, it’s about shaping the ServiceNow ecosystem as a business engine.
You will own the architectural vision, drive platform governance, and ensure scalable, enterprise-grade implementations across critical modules.
Key Responsibilities
• Source-to-Pay (Procurement / Finance workflows)
• Establish platform governance, standards, and best practices
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Drive end-to-end solution design, including integrations, data models, and workflows
• Provide technical leadership across multiple delivery teams
• Ensure performance, security, and compliance across the platform
• Mentor architects and senior developers, raising the overall technical bar
• Evaluate and implement new ServiceNow capabilities aligned with business goals
Required Skills & Experience
• 10+ years of IT experience with extensive ServiceNow architecture expertise
• Proven experience in enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations
• Deep expertise in:
• Source-to-Pay / Procurement workflows
• Strong understanding of:
• Platform architecture & design patterns
• Experience leading large, cross-functional teams and programs
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Good to Have
• Exposure to Legal Service Delivery (LSD) or legal workflow automation
• Experience with multi-instance or global ServiceNow environments
• Familiarity with AI/automation within ServiceNow (Virtual Agent, Flow Designer, etc.)
Certifications (Preferred)
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (HRSD preferred)
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – Highly Preferred
