• Develop and maintain ServiceNow dashboards, reports, and PA indicators.
• Translate operational needs into meaningful metrics and visualizations.
• Ensure data accuracy, source validation, and indicator alignment.
• Create executive-level dashboards for service performance, KPIs, and trends.
• Support continuous improvement through analytics and insights.
• Maintain documentation for dashboards, KPIs, and reporting processes.
Requirements
• Minimum 3-5+ years of analytics, reporting, or BI experience in IM/IT.
• Degree or diploma in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• ServiceNow PA certification – preferred.
• ITIL certification – an asset.
• Experience with dashboards, KPIs, and operational metrics.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow reporting, PA indicators, and scorecards.
• Ability to design meaningful KPIs aligned with service delivery outcomes.
• Analytical skills to interpret trends, service performance, and operational data.
• Strong communication and visualization skills for presenting to leadership.
• Experience validating data accuracy and performing quality checks.
• Ability to collaborate with business units to identify reporting requirements.
