About The Opportunity

We operate in the IT Services & Consulting sector, specialising in Enterprise Service Management and ServiceNow implementations for large and mid-market enterprises. Our teams deliver end-to-end ServiceNow solutions—configuration, integrations, and lifecycle support—across ITSM, ITOM and HR Service Delivery domains.

Role (standardized title): ServiceNow QA Engineer. Location: India — On-site.

Role & Responsibilities
• Design, author and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for ServiceNow features, scoped apps, and integrations to validate functionality and performance.
• Develop, maintain and run automated test suites using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) and complementary automation tools to accelerate regression cycles.
• Validate REST/SOAP integrations and web services using API testing tools; create and run end-to-end integration test scenarios.
• Log, triage and track defects in the issue tracker; collaborate with developers and release managers to prioritize fixes and verify resolutions.
• Perform configuration and data validation across ServiceNow instances (sub-prod and production) during deployments, upgrades and release windows.
• Establish and maintain test artefacts and documentation—test cases, run-books, test data sets, and release checklists—to improve repeatability and compliance.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
• Proven hands-on experience testing ServiceNow implementations, including scoped applications and platform configurations.
• Practical experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) and manual test case execution.
• Strong scripting capability in JavaScript for test automation and validation within ServiceNow.
• Experience testing REST/SOAP APIs and using API tools for validation and automation.

Preferred
• Experience with Selenium or other browser automation tools to complement ATF-based suites.
• Certifications such as ISTQB or ServiceNow Certified System Administrator / Certified Application Developer.
