Required Skills & Qualifications
• 8+ years of overall IT Project Management experience.
• 5+ years managing ServiceNow platform projects (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, GRC or other modules).
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall project methodologies.
• Experience in stakeholder management within large enterprises like
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and vendor management.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, capabilities, and integrations.
• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification is highly desirable.
• ServiceNow Project Management or ITIL certification is a plus.
