Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead ServiceNow implementation and maintenance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow, project management, and Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee ServiceNow projects from initiation to closure.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies throughout project execution.
• Track project progress, risks, and dependencies; provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement and best practices for ServiceNow implementation and support.
• Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager for ServiceNow implementations or maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and modules.
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP or Scrum Master certification.
• Experience in managing multiple ServiceNow projects simultaneously.
