The ServiceNow Project Manager is responsible for planning| executing| and delivering ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects. This role ensures projects are completed on time| within scope| and aligned with business objectiv
es while managing stakeholders| risks| and resources effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesProject ManagementLead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects (ITSM| ITOM| HRSD| CSM| etc.)Define project scope| objectives| deliverables| and success criteriaDevelop and maintain project plans| schedules| and budgetsTrack project progress and provide status updates to stakeholdersManage risks| issues| dependencies| and mitigation plansStakeholder ManagementAct as the primary point of contact between business| IT| and vendorsEngage with senior stakeholders to align project goals with business needsFacilitate workshops| requirement gathering sessions| and steering meetingsServiceNow Delivery OversightEnsure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and delivery methodologies (AgileWaterfallHybrid)Coordinate with ServiceNow developers| architects| and platform teamsOversee design| configuration| testing| and deployment phasesEnsure proper documentation and knowledge transferTeam Resource ManagementManage cross-functional teams including developers| testers| and business analystsAllocate resources effectively and monitor performanceFoster collaboration and maintain team productivityGovernance ComplianceEnsure compliance with organizational policies and governance standardsMaintain quality assurance throughout project lifecycleEnsure proper change and release management processes are followed
