About the role:

As the Project Manager, you will lead our ServiceNow (and related platform) engagements from initiation through delivery, ensuring we deliver high‐velocity, high‐quality solutions in line with Varmoda Tech’s “War Mode” promise. You’ll coordinate across teams, manage risk, adhere to governance frameworks (CMMI, ISO), and keep clients informed and engaged.

Key responsibilities:
• Develop project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and ensure timely delivery of ServiceNow implementations.
• Coordinate business, technical, QA, and change‐management teams.
• Monitor project scope, budget, risks, issues and escalations; proactively drive resolution.
• Communicate status to stakeholders, ensure alignment and transparency.
• Facilitate post‐implementation reviews, lessons learned, and continuous improvement.

Skills & qualifications:
• Proven experience managing ServiceNow or enterprise application implementation projects (Agile/Waterfall).
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Familiar with governance, quality frameworks (CMMI, ISO); federal contracting experience is a plus.
