About The Role
We are seeking talented ServiceNow Professionals to fill four distinct and crucial roles in our client’s organization. If you are passionate about driving digital transformation and mastering the ServiceNow platform, explore the opportunities below:
ServiceNow Architect
As an Architect, you will shape the future of our IT Service Management (ITSM) landscape.
• Manage and develop the ITSM architecture and strategic roadmap
• Ensure ITSM architectural designs align with the Enterprise Architecture and overall IM strategy
• Lead the development, design, implementation, and integrity of the entire ServiceNow platform architecture
• Serve as a platform evangelist, promoting ServiceNow capabilities and inspiring teams for optimal utilisation of ITSM tools and processes
Service Manager, SMO (Service Management Office)
You will lead the Service Management Office, ensuring excellence in the service delivery practices.
• Lead the Service Management Office and its core practices
• Require strong experience in process design and implementation
• ServiceNow expertise is a must-have
Solution Manager
This role focuses on foundational service components and data integrity within the platform.
• Responsible for Service Asset and Configuration Management
• Key focus areas: CMDB (Configuration Management Database), Asset Management, and data modelling within the CMDB
Development Manager
You will drive strategic execution and process efficiency within the development lifecycle.
• Lead the implementation of Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
• Oversee the deployment and continuous improvement of the Enhancement process
We are looking for
• ServiceNow Expertise: Proven, relevant experience in the ServiceNow platform, commensurate with the specific requirements of the chosen role
• Fluent English proficiency (both written and spoken) is required for seamless collaboration in an international environment
• Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with different stakelholders

Location: Helsinki or Vaasa, hybrid model
