Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a ServiceNow Professional located in Hyderabad. The ServiceNow Professional will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with stakeholders to identify requirements, developing workflows, dashboards, and reports, ensuring system integrations, and troubleshooting issues. The professional will also participate in continual improvement initiatives and provide technical support and training to users.

Qualifications
• Proficiency in ServiceNow implementation, configuration, and administration
• 5+ years of relevant ServiceNow platform experience.
• Experience in ServiceNow Mobile App Development (mandatory)
• Experience in Service Operations Workspace development (mandatory)
• Experience in configuring and developing EC Pro portal
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications are a plus
• Experience in healthcare IT is a plus
