Eligibility Criteria:

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow

• Experience in any ServiceNow module (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, etc.)

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, configuration, and customization

• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality solutions
