Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Principal/Senior Consultant in ServiceNow. You will be responsible for providing expertise in software development, IT service management, project management, integration, and databases. The role is primarily located in Sydney, NSW with other locations considered with our clients are based all over Australia and New Zealand.
• ServiceNow Expertise: You must have a multiple years experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem in a recognised consulting partner and have been involved in multiple implementations, including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB and SPM modules.
• Business Process: You can dissect and re-engineer business processes, ensuring they are streamlined and optimised within the ServiceNow environment.
• Defining Requirements: With an eye for detail, you excel in eliciting, documenting, and translating complex business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications for ServiceNow solutions.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Your exceptional communication skills enable you to manage stakeholder expectations effectively, bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams, and facilitate consensus across diverse groups.
• Agile & Change Advocate: You are well-versed in agile and change methodologies and project management principles, applying them adeptly to manage the scope, timeline, and deliverables of our ServiceNow implementation/improvement projects.

Experience/Qualifications (must have)
• 5+ years working in the ServiceNow Ecosystem
• ServiceNow CSA
• ServiceNow Certification in any of ITOM | SPM | GRC | SecOps | HR
• Greenfield ITSM Deployments
• Data Migration (planning and hands on
• Software Development, Project Management, and Integration skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Experience in the consulting industry is a must
