Overview:
Looking for a highly motivated and qualified individual to lead, develop, and grow
a successful ServiceNow capability and delivery unit.
Experience: 18+ years with the last 2-3 years in the role of a ServiceNow practice Leader in
an IT services company.
Core competencies: Practice Building, Solution Architecting, Capability Building, Business
Pursuit Management, Operations and Delivery Management, P&L Ownership.
Key Expectations:
1. Should demonstrate industry expertise – deep understanding of the industry, trends,
competition, challenges and opportunities.
2. Should have deep understanding of the ServiceNow eco-system, company and
product roadmap, understand various products, platforms and ServiceNow offerings,
market trends including other competitor enterprise products.
3. Should have a deep understanding of ServiceNow system integrators eco-system,
competitive positioning and market share.
4. Should have experience in handling global responsibility (US, Europe, UK, APAC
Regions)
5. Should have experience in multiple accounts management with P&L responsibility.
6. Responsible to drive delivery
a. Successful client implementation and drive high CSS and CSAT
b. Growth of business in current accounts.
Should be comfortable in working in a matrix organization with excellent
communication and networking skills. Should be able to manage and influence a broad
range of stakeholders in a global environment
