This role will serve as the senior IT leader in the organization and is a unique opportunity for the right Information Technology Leader to actively participate in the ongoing growth and maturation of V-Soft enterprise.

The ServiceNow Practice Director is responsible for delivering needed cutting-edge ServiceNow solutions for V-Soft customers. In addition to strategically guiding the ServiceNow tower, the ServiceNow Practice Director will also be expected to be involved in the day-to-day customer oversight and ensure that the ServiceNow team and ServiceNow best practices are aligned with customer expectations and V-Soft organizational ServiceNow roadmap. V-Soft has high expectations of all employees and works at a rapid pace commensurate with an entrepreneurial style. Our goal is to transition the ServiceNow tower to a modern technology tower and the right candidate will understand that this opportunity is focused on developing and implementing an organizational structure, talent bench, and technology strategy to support V-Soft ServiceNow tower growth plans. The ServiceNow Practice Director will also be responsible for continuing the ServiceNow modernization at V-Soft and at our customers with the objective of converting data into live information to facilitate agile decision-making. Candidates for this role must have the appropriate executive presence and business acumen to forge a partnership with customers. In addition, candidates must have the needed technical prowess to lead the IT team and can make technological decisions based on a deep set of technical skills and experiences.

Qualifications:
• Must have experience in implementing large scale global enterprise level ServiceNow and S-SDLC, Agile projects encompassing multiple, diverse business systems, technologies and processing environments and demonstrate expert level rigorous process and controls abilities.
• 15 or more years of experience in at least three disciplines, such as business, information, solution or technical architecture, application development, middleware, information analysis, database management or operations in a multitier environment
• Familiarity with information management practices, system development life cycle management, IT services management, agile and lean methodologies, infrastructure and operations, and EA and ITIL frameworks
• Experience in DevOps, Agile development and extensive use of micro services and containerization

Primary Responsibilities:
• Lead ServiceNow tower and provide leading edge technology services and support for all customers
• Manage the ServiceNow tower function day-to-day, along with anticipating the future growth of this tower and provide needed guidance and direction
• Create and foster business relationships with clients, ensure that ServiceNow tower is enabling the customers and being responsive to their business needs
• In this high-level critical role, you holistically guide the enterprise through transformation and optimization initiatives with a focus on understanding and applying existing, new, and emerging technologies to transform and optimize business and operating models
• Provide thought leadership in enabling the client zero strategy and its actualization by incorporating key constructs within the Architecture Practice and across the areas of responsibility
• Sets technical direction for ServiceNow platform designs and implementations that enables growth, simplifies integrations while actualizing the realization of the future state reference architecture
• Be an innovator and aid V-Soft and its customers in becoming aware of and adopting technologies for competitive advantage
• Instill a best-in-class mindset, processes, procedures, and grow the technology team toward heightened awareness of ServiceNow best practices and service delivery
• Drive customer success and customer engagement, in ensuring business continuity and convert opportunities into new deals
• Drive large ServiceNow RFPs and deliver winning strategy and approach. Learn from failures and drive the organization towards greater success in the RFP process
• Take ownership of the ServiceNow sales cycle for new logos, including creating overall pursuit plan, building compelling customer proposals, and managing customer relationship throughout the sales, delivery and support process
• Engage with sales team on customer pursuits and convert opportunities into wins
• Weekly sales pipeline review with sales team and drive customer engagement strategy
• Lead digital factory and deliver 3 industry leading accelerators/value adds per year for each technology area under ServiceNow tower
• Develop and carry out strategic plans that support V-Soft strategic objectives, develop, and manage the budget, monitor, and manage all expenditures and be prudent and conservative in spending practices
• Motivate and empower the technology teams, and ensure synergy across all technology specialists and sub-functions of the teams through a collaborative and inspiring work environment
• A values-driven leader of the utmost in professional conduct, inspire the technology teams to be of the highest ethical nature and abide by code of conduct
• Be a business partner, visionary, change agent, evangelist and take ownership of ServiceNow tower, and responsive/flexible as organizational needs change and adapt to market conditions
• Provide a 24×7 IT ecosystem that supports domestic and global operations, ensure robust Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) capabilities for the enterprise and for customers
• Serve as a technical resource for the ServiceNow technology teams and provide ServiceNow technology insights to guide and direct the teams towards the best technological choices and uses to meet customer needs
• Manage projects and/or oversee projects and adopt rigorous project management approaches and techniques
• Be an influencer, communicator, open minded, energized, and politically savvy, must be hands-on and on-call for a 24×7 business environment
• Responsible for vertical P&L and maintain healthy margins
• Engage with Gartner and Forrester and drive new solution thought leadership
• Align with Marketing team to define go to market messaging to support overall sales and marketing strategy
