• Design and maintain ServiceNow Service Portal/Employee Center interfaces.
• Develop wireframes, style guides, and UI components for portal enhancements.
• Collaborate with developers to build custom widgets and responsive layouts.
• Conduct usability studies and incorporate findings into design improvements.
• Ensure portal accessibility and compliance with GN visual identity standards.
• Work with business units to design intuitive self-service experiences.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5+ years of UI/UX design experience, with 2+ years designing ServiceNow Portals.
• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field.
• Certifications in UX design or ServiceNow Service Portal/Employee Center – preferred.
• Experience with HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and UI frameworks.
• Strong ability to design intuitive, accessible, and user-centered interfaces.
• Experience creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design artifacts.
• Understanding of Service Portal widgets, theming, and layout frameworks.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.
• Ability to balance usability, technical limitations, and branding requirements.
• Experience conducting usability testing and feedback analysis.
