We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Architect.
In This Role, You Will
• Design ServiceNow solutions as new Demand comes into the platform team.
• Ensure all designs are in link with the core principles and procedures as defined by the CoE.
• Ensure all customizations are approved by the appropriate body.
• Ensuring all content sets are fully documented as the progression into production,
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities within the team, focusing on automation, process improvement, how technology is best leveraged and technology shift opportunities
• Customer focus. Promotes and prioritizes decisions or actions according to customer needs, encouraging others to do the same
• Strengthens stakeholder relationships. Uses relationship management skills/tools to responsibly influence decisions and stakeholder advocacy
• Understands the current needs of all key stakeholders and be able to anticipate future needs in order to manage stakeholder expectations.
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
• Must have significant experience in ServiceNow platform administration and development of 7+ years.
• Must have experience in migration / design of ServiceNow solutions.
• Must have experience in creating the solution and architect design documents required for the environment.
• 8+ years of overall IT experience in Design and Implementation of Service Management and Automation Solutions.
• Proven experience of leading others and creating an environment that supports and inspires people to develop and deliver.
• BE/B Tech degree or equivalent experience
• Strong interpersonal skills – ability to influence, lead and drive teams to deliver, good judgement, assertiveness, high level of communication skills to achieve effective stakeholder management, build consultative relationships, and ability to collaborate directly with a variety of clients
• Implement the relevant compliance policies. The term ‘compliance’ embraces all relevant financial services laws, rules and codes within which CTO has to comply. The job holder will need to pay specific attention to the internal controls on asset and service management.
