ServiceNow Platform Architect

Responsibilities Include:

• Work closely with the Customer platform team to develop ServiceNow roadmap in alignment with Business objectives and Industry trends

• Assist in developing standards and practices for maintaining the health of the ServiceNow platform, helps develop standards and practices for maintaining the ServiceNow architecture model

• Provide technical guidance in platform development and platform- wide solutions

• Ensure we are taking advantage of pre-built capabilities in order to help minimize the amount of customization on the platform, Alignment to out-of-the-box.

• Adhere to best practices, check if our architecture and design decisions align with ServiceNow best practices

• Migrate between various environments in ServiceNow using Update Sets, XMLs, Cloning, Deployments.

• Assesses health (performance, manageability, usability, scalability, upgradability, and security)

• Create detailed strategy that is aligned with the client’s short- and long-term needs

• Serve as the expert advisor to clients, partners, and project teams, leading solutioning sessions, shared understanding, and building a bridge between disparate organizations through your technical expertise leverage the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform and integrations with third-party technologies effectively.

Qualifications:

Must Have:

• 13+ years of experience in Solution Architecture and at least 5+ years of ServiceNow Product experience

• 5+ years of technical experience in ServiceNow ecosystem

• At least 2 implementation project experiences, one of which is for large customers.

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Platform

• Experience implementing CMDB and cloud Discovery.

• Experience with upgrades, simplification of customizations. Enable rapid upgrades to new features and innovations that drive new value

• Ability to work in a consulting & advisory role with customer.

Good to have:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to work effectively in virtual teams across multiple locations.

• Experience implementing SAM/HAM and Now Assist

• Experience with competition SaaS platform ( BMC, Ivanthi, Jira)

• Experience working with Banking Customer

• ServiceNow CSA and CAD certification

• Strong AI/Gen AI experience

Salary Range: $138,600-$187,500 a year
