ServiceNow Platform Architect
We’re building a high-performing ServiceNow team to support, expand, and scale our platform. As a ServiceNow Platform Architect, you’ll be responsible for driving best practices, establishing governance, and designing scalable solutions across ITSM and Employee Center/HR Service Management.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead platform strategy, governance, and architecture standards
• Design sustainable, scalable ServiceNow solutions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders across multiple departments
• Mentor and guide a team of developers and admins
• Ensure data governance, security, and compliance
• Support user adoption and optimize platform performance
What We’re Looking For:
• 7+ years in ServiceNow administration or development with strong architecture expertise
• 5+ years coding experience (JavaScript preferred)
• Hands-on experience with ITSM and HR Service Management/Employee Center
• Knowledge of CSDM and data governance best practices
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• ServiceNow certifications highly desirable
