SERVICENOW PLATFORM ADMINISTRATOR

• Administer users, roles, groups, ACLs, and system security settings.
• Manage instance upgrades, patches, and clone activities.
• Maintain system configurations, plugins, properties, and module settings.
• Monitor system logs, performance, and operational health.
• Support development teams with update set migration and environment readiness.
• Document administrative procedures, configurations, and runbooks.
• Support break/fix activities, troubleshooting, and incident resolution for ServiceNow-related issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5+ years of experience administering enterprise IT systems, including at least 2+ years administering ServiceNow.
• Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• ServiceNow CSA certification required; CIS certifications – an asset.
• ITIL certification – preferred.
• Experience with workflow configuration, user administration, system properties, and platform maintenance.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow administration including ACLs, roles, system properties, modules, and platform capabilities.
• Ability to manage upgrades, clones, patching, and instance health.
• Experience troubleshooting performance issues, logs, and operational problems.
• Knowledge of data imports, update sets, and release management processes.
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with developers, analysts, and architects.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
