ServiceNow Architect with extensive Observability experience required to join a leading retail brand based in Nashville.

6-month initial contract + extensions, hybrid working in Nashville (2/3 days per week on-site), and excellent rates.

Key experience required:
• Proven experience working with ServiceNow as an Architect
• Extensive experience working with Observability
• Strong experience working with Dynatrace
• Ability to consolidate legacy tools like Solarwinds, Checkmd, Promethus, Dynatrace, Splunk into 2 whole tools
