Position Details:

Title: ServiceNow Lead (GRC/IRM)

Location: Mississauga, ON/100% Remote

Type: Contract

Duration: 12+ months contract with possible extension

Start Date: ASAP

Job Description:
• 15 years overall with 10 years on ServiceNow platform
• End to end solution governance for legal service delivery and compliance
• Ability to design enterprise level integrations and ensure security adherence
• Hands-on configuration and review of ServiceNow workflows scripts and integrations
• Collaborate with ServiceNow product owners and stakeholders for signoff
• Stay updated with latest ServiceNow releases and architecture standards
• Own Workplace ESG roadmap with client sustainability officers
• Drive enterprise GRC/IRM architecture and onsite client risk governance

Good to have
• CSA CIS CTA certifications
• Experience across multiple modules HRSD IRM Workplace ITSM CSM HRSD and FSO
• Knowledge of AI Search Now Assist and advanced automation
