About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Lead to drive the design, implementation, and optimization of workflows and integrations within a centralized Data Management Program. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives that streamline ticket intake, incident/change management, and process automation across ETL (Informatica), reporting (Tableau, Power BI), and DevOps environments.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Ownership & Configuration
• Lead configuration and customization of ServiceNow modules including Incident, Change, Problem, and Request Management.
• Design and deploy Agile-aligned workflows for ticket intake, enhancement requests, and service operations.

Integration & Automation
• Integrate ServiceNow with Jira, Azure DevOps, Git, and data platforms such as Informatica, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Automate code promotion, deployment, and workflow orchestration in collaboration with DevOps and engineering teams.

Process Design & Governance
• Define and document ServiceNow-driven processes for data engineering, reporting, and support teams.
• Establish SLAs, escalation paths, and approval workflows to ensure efficient data-related service delivery.

Stakeholder Collaboration
• Partner with Architects, Technical Leads, QA teams, and Business Units to align ServiceNow capabilities with enterprise goals.
• Conduct requirement workshops and user training sessions to promote best practices and platform adoption.

Monitoring & Reporting
• Develop dashboards and performance reports to track ticket volumes, SLA adherence, and service metrics.
• Present actionable insights to leadership to enhance process efficiency and platform utilization.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow administration, development, and customization.
• Strong understanding of ITSM, ITIL, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Git, and data platforms (Informatica, Tableau, Power BI).
• Expertise in JavaScript, Glide scripting, workflow design, and ServiceNow APIs.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Implementation Specialist.
• Experience in data governance or centralized data platform initiatives.
• Exposure to AI Ops or automation frameworks within ServiceNow.
