Job Title: ServiceNow Lead/Architect-IRM
Location:Hybrid – NYC, NY / Bethlehem, PA / Stamford, CT / Holmdel, NJ-3 days/week onsite
Pay Rate: $100/hr to $110/hr on W2 (All inclusive)

Position Summary
This is a senior level role designed for a ServiceNow Risk Management expert who not only delivers high quality solutions but also maintains strong awareness of ServiceNow’s product roadmap, upcoming IRM capabilities, and industry best practices. The individual will actively engage with ServiceNow product teams, stay ahead of platform innovations, and help assess how emerging features can strengthen enterprise risk management capabilities.
You will partner closely with business stakeholders, ServiceNow platform engineering, enterprise architecture, data teams, and risk domain leaders to shape the evolution of the risk technology ecosystem.
The position operates as part of a senior development group responsible for delivering, maintaining, and advancing risk management applications on ServiceNow. You will drive improvements in configuration standards, system reliability, performance, and automation, while mentoring junior engineers and ensuring platform scalability and alignment with enterprise architecture and data standards.
Key Responsibilities
Run (Operations & Stability)
• Lead day-to-day technical support for IRM, BCM, and TPRM applications in production
• Maintain and optimize existing configurations including forms, lists, workspace views, notifications, and ACLs
• Monitor scheduled jobs, integrations, and data quality checks
• Maintain dashboards and reporting data sources
• Provide Level 2 support for incidents and problems
Change (Enhancements, Design & Development)
• Partner with business stakeholders to convert requirements into technical designs
• Implement enhancements across IRM, BCM, and TPRM modules
• Build and maintain:
• Flow Designer logic
• Business rules
• Script Includes
• UI actions and configurations
• Strengthen integrations with CMDB, vendor systems, and external platforms
• Support system upgrades and evaluate new features
• Contribute to coding standards and governance
• Mentor junior team members
Product & Strategic Engagement
• Stay updated with ServiceNow product roadmap and IRM capabilities
• Participate in workshops, advisory councils, and product sessions
• Collaborate with ServiceNow product managers and solution architects
• Evaluate new features (AI, workspace, GRC tools) and recommend adoption
• Provide thought leadership in risk management technology
• Support long-term strategy for ERM, BCM, and TPRM
Qualifications
Required
• 10+ years of experience configuring enterprise SaaS platforms
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development or administration
• Strong knowledge of:
• ServiceNow platform (tables, ACLs, UI policies, Flow Designer)
• JavaScript scripting
• Experience with IRM, BCM, TPRM, or similar modules
• Experience building dashboards and reports
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in data governance, performance tuning, and system security
• Ability to lead troubleshooting and platform improvements
Preferred
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS IRM, CIS BCM, CIS TPRM)
• Experience with:
• CI/CD pipelines
• Scoped applications
• Update set management
• Knowledge of risk, compliance, and third-party risk methodologies
• Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, Integration Hub)
• Exposure to other GRC platforms (Archer, RSA, MetricStream, LogicGate, OneTrust)
• Participation in ServiceNow advisory boards or product discussions
Work Environment
• Hybrid work model (3 days onsite)
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams including business, engineering, and risk stakeholders
