About Altiore

Altiore is an AI-led consulting firm that partners with CXOs and enterprise leaders to tackle complex digital transformation challenges — combining deep industry expertise, structured thinking, and pragmatic execution to turn strategy into measurable outcomes. We operate at the intersection of AI, enterprise platforms, and operational excellence. Boutique feel, enterprise depth.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a ServiceNow HRSD Lead Architect who can own the architecture and delivery of enterprise-scale HR Service Delivery solutions — someone who thinks in systems, communicates with clarity, and knows what good looks like on the ServiceNow platform.

This is a high-visibility role. You’ll serve as the trusted technical authority for a major HR transformation program, working directly with HR, IT, security, and executive stakeholders — and leaving behind a platform that’s scalable, secure, and built to last.

What You’ll Do

Architecture & Delivery
• Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow HRSD solutions across discovery, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable solution designs, roadmaps, and governance frameworks
• Define data models, workflows, security frameworks, and integration patterns aligned to ServiceNow best practices

Platform Leadership
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams and implementation architects
• Review configurations, customizations, scripting, workflows, and business rules to ensure quality and standards adherence
• Act as a trusted advisor to HR, IT, and senior business stakeholders throughout the engagement

Integrations & Enterprise Architecture
• Architect integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems — HRIS, Active Directory, SAP, payroll platforms — using REST/SOAP APIs and integration frameworks
• Ensure secure, reliable data exchange across the enterprise ecosystem

Data Migration & Governance
• Lead migration of HR records, documents, and knowledge assets from SharePoint and legacy repositories into ServiceNow
• Define governance standards, PII controls, retention policies, and compliance requirements across the migration lifecycle
• Ensure data integrity, traceability, and auditability of all migrated content

Continuous Improvement
• Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, integrations, and platform adoption
• Lead upgrades, enhancements, and roadmap planning initiatives

What You Bring
• 10–15 years of overall IT experience; 5+ years focused on ServiceNow solution architecture
• Proven track record leading enterprise-scale HRSD implementations and transformation programs
• Deep platform knowledge: architecture, HRSD modules, scripting, customization, workflows, and governance
• Strong integration experience: REST/SOAP APIs, HRIS/ERP data flows, security standards
• Experience migrating content from SharePoint and legacy systems into ServiceNow
• Solid understanding of PII handling, data governance, and compliance practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — you can hold the room with an engineer and with a CHRO
• ServiceNow CSA and CIS-HRSD certifications required

Nice to Have
• CIS-ITSM, CAD, CTA, or additional ServiceNow certifications
• Exposure to Legal Service Delivery (LSD) and/or Source-to-Pay (S2P)
• Experience advising senior leadership on platform strategy and roadmap planning
• Background leading geographically distributed teams

The Details
• Location: Hybrid — Client site in New Brunswick, NJ
• Type: Contract
• Experience: 10–15 years overall | 5+ years ServiceNow Architecture
• Primary Module: HRSD | Additional exposure to ITSM, LSD, S2P valued
• Required Certification: CIS-HRSD
• Compensation: Competitive, commensurate with experience
