• In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy autonomous digital agents within the client platform—AI entities that operate as intelligent Scrum Masters and workflow orchestrators.
• You will work across the full stack of client technology, integrating advanced AI/ML capabilities to create adaptive, predictive, and automated digital experiences.
• This position requires strong technical expertise, architecture-level thinking, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners including product managers, data scientists, and business stakeholders.

Essential Job Functions:
• Design, develop, and customize applications across the ecosystem (ITSM, ITOM, SPM, custom apps) to support AI-enhanced workforce capabilities.
• Build end-to-end components:
• Backend: Flow Designer, Script Includes, Business Rules, APIs (REST/SOAP), data models
• Front-end: Service Portal, Now Experience UI Builder, React-based components
• Integrate external AI services, APIs, and data sources to enable decision automation, predictive insights, and conversational experiences.

AI & Agentic Workforce Enablement
• Architect and implement autonomous AI agents within ***, including AI-driven Scrum Masters capable of sprint planning, backlog refinement, velocity tracking, and reporting.
• Develop intelligent automation features such as adaptive recommendations, self-learning behaviors, and dynamic workflow execution.
• Leverage LLMs, machine learning models, orchestration engines, and automation frameworks to emulate human reasoning and task completion.

Agile Collaboration
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Scrum teams, and technical owners to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog refinement, sprint planning, and product demos.
• Support AI-driven automation for sprint analytics, risk detection, and forecasting.

Qualifications:

Required Skills
• 5+ years of hands-on servicenow development experience (custom apps, ITSM, ITOM, SPM).
• Strong proficiency with JavaScript, Glide API, AngularJS/React, HTML/CSS within the servicenow framework.
• Deep understanding of servicenow architecture: Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Script Includes, Business Rules, ACLs, CMDB.
• Full stack development expertise—front-end UI/UX and server-side logic.
• Experience integrating servicenow with AI/ML systems, LLMs, chatbots, or automation platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to build autonomous workflows and intelligent automation at scale.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and their application within client projects.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with DevOps toolchains (Git, Jenkins, CI/CD for ServiceNow).
• ServiceNow certifications such as CAD, CIS (ITSM/CSM/ITOM), or micro-certifications (IntegrationHub, Predictive Intelligence).
• Background in agent-based AI systems or autonomous digital workforce solutions.
