Role Summary
This senior-level ServiceNow Lead position involves overseeing the design, implementation, and ongoing support of ServiceNow modules within a large enterprise environment. The role requires strategic leadership, technical expertise, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure ServiceNow solutions align with organizational needs. The successful candidate will drive automation, integrations, and process improvements across ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB modules, supporting cloud and on-premises infrastructure.

Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow platform implementation, configuration, and customization, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices
• Develop and automate workflows, scripting solutions, and integrations to streamline processes and eliminate manual tasks
• Support and integrate AWS cloud infrastructure components within ServiceNow, including discovery, automation, and monitoring tools
• Design and build user-friendly forms, dashboards, and reports to enable efficient data access and decision-making
• Collaborate with infrastructure and cloud teams to maintain accurate asset and configuration management database (CMDB) information
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for ServiceNow initiatives, providing expert guidance and strategic recommendations
• Lead Agile or project management planning sessions, monitoring progress and ensuring deliverables are met on schedule
• Drive adoption and optimization of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB, fostering process improvements and governance
• Create comprehensive technical documentation and facilitate presentations to internal teams and external customers
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers and administrators, ensuring high-quality deliverables

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience or equivalent, including 12+ years with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Extensive hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, administration, and implementation, with expertise in modules like ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB
• Proven leadership skills in managing technical teams and projects within complex enterprise environments
• Deep understanding of digital infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, and cloud environments such as AWS (EC2, S3, VPCs)
• Strong scripting skills in JavaScript and Python for ServiceNow customization and automation
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices, API development, and automation tools in a cloud setting
• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices, with the ability to implement and enforce governance standards
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• This position requires eligibility for a U.S. Government security clearance. In accordance with federal law, U.S. citizenship is required.

Publishing Pay Range: $78.00 – $83.00 hourly
This position is based in office and requires employee to work on-site.
