ServiceNow Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Lead who will act as the single point of contact (SPOC) at the client location for a DevOps project on ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on development experience combined with project delivery expertise, ensuring seamless coordination between client stakeholders and the delivery team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams for all project-related activities.
• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow BAU, Integration, Implemetation and Dev project, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and support.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular status updates.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.

Required Skills & Experience:
• Hands-on development experience in ServiceNow, including scripting and customization.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM.
• Proven experience in Integration and implementation of various ServiceNow modules
• Project delivery experience with ability to manage scope, timelines, and resources.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently as the single point of contact at client location.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ITIL processes.

Preferred Qualifications:
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Implementation Specialist.
• Experience in managing large to Mid-scale ServiceNow implementations.
• Exposure to cloud platforms and integration tools.
