Role: ITSM Technical Consultant
Jefferson City, Missouri – Hybrid
Job Description Summary:
• Oversee the implementation of the new ITSM solution and manage migration from the legacy system.
• Coordinate with state project teams and vendors, ensuring compliance with deliverables.
• Validate technical integrations and review configuration for ServiceNow modules.
• Conduct audits and provide training plans as required.
• Report weekly status, risks, and key milestones to the project manager.
Key Qualifications Required:
• 5+ years experience in large-scale IT consulting projects within state government
• 2+ years experience with ServiceNow, ITSM, ITIL 4, and CSDM v4 frameworks
• Experience integrating enterprise systems, especially IAM/IGA and Microsoft environments
• Familiarity with the State of Missouri s legacy systems is preferred
