We are hiring a ServiceNow ITSM Tech Lead for a high-impact enterprise project based in Cincinnati, Ohio.

This is a strategic leadership role for experienced ServiceNow professionals who want to drive innovation in IT service delivery and automation.

• Lead design, development, and deployment of advanced ServiceNow ITSM solutions
• Drive automation across release processes using AI Agent, Now Assist, and shift-left practices
• Configure and enhance ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Request, Knowledge)
• Ensure CMDB accuracy and alignment with CSDM standards
• Build scalable solutions using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, and scripting
• Mentor developers and lead technical architecture discussions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions


• Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM
• Hands-on development and technical leadership experience
• CMDB management and integrations
• Scripting (JavaScript, Glide API)
• Automation Test Framework (ATF)
• Digital product release and release automation

• ServiceNow Lead Developer experience
• ATF & DPR exposure
• IntegrationHub, MID Server experience
• Service Portal (HTML, CSS, AngularJS)

What We’re Looking For
• 12–15 years of ServiceNow development experience
• Strong ITIL knowledge (Change & Release Management)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Ability to lead teams and deliver enterprise-scale solutions
