ServiceNow ITSM Solutions Architect (Conversational & Agentic AI Enablement)

We’re seeking a ServiceNow ITSM Solutions Architect to drive AI-powered transformation. This role will focus on optimizing Moveworks conversational AI, enabling Predictive Intelligence & Now Assist, and building a future-ready ITSM platform that enhances employee productivity and experience.

What You’ll Do:

Architect ITSM solutions, scoped apps & platform upgrades

Define & execute feature roadmaps, adoption, and POCs

Partner with stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes

What We’re Looking For:

10+ yrs ServiceNow ITSM solutioning & delivery

Hands-on expertise in AI integration & platform optimization

Strong skills in stakeholder engagement & change management
